Terms of Service

3.1 Plans

Novarexi offers subscription plans — Lumen, Nova, and Zenith — billed monthly or yearly, as well as an Enterprise plan with custom pricing. Current prices and feature scope are listed at novarexi.com/pricing and may change without prior notice (for existing subscriptions, changes take effect at the next billing cycle).

3.2 Payment Providers

Your payments are processed through an appropriate payment provider, depending on your location:

• Users in Turkey: a local payment provider is used.
• International users: a payment provider that acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions is used; in this case, your invoice may be issued in the name of that provider.

Your card details are processed directly by these providers — Novarexi never stores your credit card information.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled:

• Monthly plans renew on the same date each month
• Yearly plans renew on the same date each year

Renewal is charged automatically to your existing payment method before the end of the period. You can avoid being charged for the next period by cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal.

3.4 Free Trial

When any free trial period offered (if available, may vary by plan) ends, your selected plan automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged, unless you cancel.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices. If the price changes for existing subscribers, the change takes effect at the next renewal period and you will be notified in advance by email (at least [X] days beforehand).

3.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the Service for the rest of the period, but no partial refund is given for unused time (see 3.7 Refund Policy).

3.7 Refund Policy

• Situations that qualify for a refund: your refund request will be accepted if the Service fails due to a technical malfunction (e.g. the platform being unreachable, the Service not being delivered despite payment having been received, or a systemic error rendering the Service unusable).
• Situations that do not qualify for a refund: we are not obligated to issue a refund for subjective reasons such as not liking the Service, feeling it didn't meet your expectations, not finding it useful enough, or choosing not to use it. In these cases you may cancel your subscription, but the amount paid for the current billing period may not be refunded.
• Refund requests are submitted from within the app (“Request Refund”) along with a reason, and are reviewed by our team.
• Refunds are not automatic; every request is reviewed and answered within a reasonable time (e.g. 5 business days).
• Any legally mandated rights (e.g. a right of withdrawal under your local consumer protection law) always take precedence over this policy.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, within the processing times of the payment provider.

3.8 Additional Brand Fees

If you want to add more brands than your plan includes, an additional per-brand fee (listed at novarexi.com/pricing) will be added to your invoice.

3.9 Taxes

Our prices are listed as tax-exclusive/inclusive where applicable (VAT, sales tax, etc.). For international transactions processed through a payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, tax is handled under that provider's obligations.
